Following her studies at the secondary school and university, she ven-tures off the trodden path and begins a career in public relations.
Born in an Eastern European family which migrated to France at the turn of the twentieth century, she knows better than anyone else how to piece together her heterogeneous cultural background which spread interna-tionally in central positions on all five continents.
Naturally gifted in dancing, she devotes the earlier part of her profes-sional career to Terpsichorean art. Simultaneously, she creates and pro-duces many artistic shows as an impresario.
In 1991, she meets Michel Dubois, creator of USD-SYSTEM. They be-gin collaborating in September 1992. The company's headquarters being transferred to Montreal (Canada), Mrs de Weyher continues her profes-sional activities in North America.
Her love for children has naturally led her to meet Jocelyne Jocya in July 1998, upon following a mutual friend's advice. In May 1999, the latter asks her to become member of the board of directors, and thus defend the cause of the Foundation for the Declaration of the Rights of Children.
